NCF collects only what is necessary, uses it only for stated purposes, and never shares it without your consent except where required by law. By using our platform, you agree to this policy.
Information in Website Inquiries
Contact and partnership inquiries request a name, email address and message, with optional phone and organisation details. Volunteer inquiries request a name, phone and preferred role, with optional availability and contribution interests. Support inquiries request a name and a contact method. Do not submit identity documents, refugee identification numbers, bank credentials or sensitive incident details through these public forms.
Email Drafts and Submission Services
When a submission API is configured, contact, volunteer and partnership forms send the entered information to that service for NCF to review. When it is not configured, the form prepares an email link and does not claim that NCF has received your inquiry. Information in the email draft is sent through your chosen email provider when you send it. Support inquiries can also be opened as a WhatsApp draft for you to review and send.
Purpose and Follow-up
Inquiry information is provided so NCF can respond to your request and discuss participation, partnerships or support. A website inquiry does not itself establish registration, certification, approval or payment. Ask NCF directly about any further verification, retention or sharing requirements before providing additional personal information.
Community Commitment Register
CCR search and report functions require a configured service. Ask NCF about public visibility, access permissions and the appropriate process before providing register details. This website does not assert that an unconfigured service holds or has verified your records.
Third-party Services
Opening email, WhatsApp, social media or document links uses the selected service. Embedded Google maps and externally loaded fonts may request resources from their providers. Review those providers’ privacy information before using their services. The website does not process card payments or set up recurring debits.

Policy Availability
The approved NCF Code of Conduct & Safeguarding Policy file is marked Coming Soon until supplied for publication. Institutional certification claims should be checked against their issuing documents rather than inferred from a website statement.
